Kids Cook Up Culture After School

Plain old grilled cheese has become jamon y queso empanadas for children at Danville's Kids' Country, an after school program that has partnered with A Taste Of Life (ATOL) Restaurante chef and owner Menchu Andres to provide a unique cultural experience. The Kids' Country children learn to prepare and enjoy four traditional Spanish dishes. The cooking classes, which kicked-off in March, have been a huge success...
